Refund policy


Shoes and Apparel
All items are final sale. However, eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only at our discretion. Items must be returned within 10 days of the date received. We cannot accept any returns after 10 days. Returned items must be unworn and show no signs of wear, with all tags and packaging.

Merchandise return/swap inquiries can be made by emailing pixiekix@email.com.

Please include your order number within the email. Requests without an order number cannot be processed

Exchanges

Exchanges are determined on a case-by-vase basis. Our reasoning is simple, our items are in high demand and many are limited edition designs. If you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time. However, we will do all we can to help. Please send you exchange request to us via email with order number to pixiekix@email.com within 5 days of receipt.

Sale/Purge/Used/Mystery Bundle Items
All of these sales items are FINAL SALE.  

Return Shipping Fees/Undeliverable Mail

* Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee up to 100% of the purchase price will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. 

Defective Items
Defective items must be reported within 3 days of delivery. We recommend that you try your shoes on and inspect them within this window. Please e-mail pixiekix@email.com with any questions.

Defective items will be replaced with the same item and replacements are subject to the original turnaround time. In the event that we are unable to replace the item, a refund will be issued  

Cancellations
We know you want to get your order as soon as possible, so we begin working on it immediately. Unfortunately, that means we won't be able to cancel or change it.
